33nd Annual Pacific Rim International Conference on Disability and Diversity

The Pacific Rim International Conference Team invites your company or organization to participate in the Community Exhibit Halls at the 33nd Annual International Conference to be held on October 9 – 11, 2017. Our conference is one of the largest in the country for diversity and disability and has earned the reputation as being one of the best.

Booth space in our exhibit halls in the Modern Honolulu and the Hilton Hawaiian Village will be limited and will be available on a first come, first served basis.

You have a choice of exhibiting for two days at the Modern Honolulu or three days at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. The choice is yours. Benefits of exhibiting at our Conference include:

  • Interaction with hundreds of participants over the course of three days;
  • Featured listing in our program book and on the website (must send in ad and/or logo to take advantage of this opportunity);
  • Invite potential clients and customers to your booth on Wednesday afternoon (Free to the Public);
  • Exciting culinary events near the exhibit halls
  • Being in community with local, national and international participants.

All incoming / outgoing shipment is handling by Xerox Business Center. They charge handling / store fee per box, price depend on size / weight. (Please reference attached document) Our bell desk can deliver boxes to designated area at applicable charge.  Charges depend on size / weight. Please reference attached documents for more detailed information on rates, Internet service and shipping details.

The Modern Honolulu

The Modern Honolulu is happy to hold boxes and posters complimentary for 3 days. There is a $5.00 per box, per movement fee that is gratuity for the housemen and housewomen that handle the boxes.

VALIDATION FOR PARKING

Modern Honolulu

Overnight valet parking is $35+ per day which can be paid at check-out.

Event only valet parking is $10+ per day. Participants can pay for this at the front desk before retrieving their car from the valet.

Hilton Hawaiian Village, Waikiki Beach Resorts

The conference will have a validation machine (for individuals to pay own) at the Conference registration/hospitality desk at the Modern Honolulu (October 9-10) and The Hilton Hawaiian Village, Tapa Tower, second floor (October 11). Please give registration/hospitality desk your ticket to be validated.

$8.00 for self –parking

$13.00 for valet parking

Attendees can pay upon exit or pre-pay at pay machines located around the property/meeting space.
